Finally taking my berg off roading this weekend, but one thing that bugs me is the throttle opening, too much instant power, is there any way to tame this, ie remap, but less expensive. maybe change exhaust? able to adjust fuel injectors? thanks

My throttle is opening about 1/4 at times and then 1/2 and then it's fine then for some time and then it plays up again she is an 08 berg with 6000 km up and new throttle cable about 1000km ago. is it the carby throttle valve about to fall apart :?

I'm having some trouble installing new throttle cables on my 2006 650 and could use some advice. Is there any tricks for getting the cables inserted properly into the housing they sit in on the handlebars? Thanks!
