Hi all, I've just fitted a new stator because there wasn't a spark and was told this could be the problem. Now the spark is very weak but still won't start? Plug is bone dry. Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks.
Hi me again when I got the berg there was a lot of spares one was the old stator unit for some reason he put new electrex world stators on it as said before runs good in fact very crisp would these stators make a diffrence to the bike or just as good as old unit ?;)

My 03 fe400e has has a re-wound stator on it done by someone in Ellesmere Port area, it's been done less than a year and it's on its way out :( I'd like to find out where it was done to see if it can be repaired or anything. These things cost a fortune :(

On my last ride my bike's battery would be dead after each stop (as far as I was riding it was fine, but once I turned the bike off and then tried to restart, it wouldn't).

Red - black 3100ohm 17 Volt
Green - black 165 ohm 0.3 volt
Should be ok?
