hello every one, im rebuilding my 2003 650 engine, in replace my worn bearings i need to remove the lower cam chain sproket of the balance weight shaft. i have tryed heating it up and using a puller but is tighter than a ducks ***, anyone know of any tools i can use or tips to get it on. thanks al

Anyone know why the counter balancer driving shaft is a two seal bearing? It seems that the seals would prevent oil from getting to the bearing. Has anyone removed one or both of the seals?

I have a 01 fc 550 that im rebuilding. The counter balancer drive shaft does not roll smooth. it feels like it has notches in it, however the notches are perfectly consistent. It doesn't turn like any other gear or bearing. Is this by any chance normal? Thanks for the help! Rett
