02 FX470E: Can the seal be remove from the housing. With out clutch cover being removed from the engine it self? Also has anyone experment with a double lipped seal?

hi; on my 02 fe650e the weep hole leaks lots of antifreeze. in the downloaded parts manual it shows a ' Seal Ring Kick Shaft 10x18x4x4,8' i'm assuming that this is the worn part. am i correct? can this be gotten locally or does it have to come thru husaberg? thanks in advance. tuts

i have some coolant leaking from the weephole on my 98 fe600e does this indicate that my seals are bad? is a few drips normal? I know that on older chevy waterpumps the weephole leaking was a warning that the pump was failing...
