By the way does anyone know what the main bearing float/ play shoud be. We know it needs to be set right and not too tight, but what is the measurement??

what's the latest on this? friend of mine has gone to purchase the "double bearing" only to be told that even on the latest bikes they are single row and not to bother! just wondered what is fitted but mostly: what is done...? regards Taffy
