Is there anybody who has added a headlight and tail light to this bike, I have the tail light but is there a harness to buy. I know I can probably make up a harness but which plugs do you use.

I am thinking about buying this bike, but, while it is now in CA it is registered in AZ. So far, the owner hasn't been able to find the label which would state the CA endorsement, if it is a 50-State bike. Without it, CA registration becomes a problem. Does anyone know how likely it is...
