Why KTM owners always speak bad about Husa´s

I think people take "RIBBING" from the KTM riders a little too seriously. We all have a common interest, dirt bikes, and we all like to give our buddies a little crap about there bikes, some take the ribbing in stride, some give it right back, but it is all in fun. I ride with guys that have Honda CRF's, I here all kinds of fun poked at my Berg, I give them all kinds of crap back. So the next time someone wants to poke fun at you, just poke back! If you do not have a personality that can handle a little fun at your expense, then stay on a "mainstream" bike and melt into the crowd. By the way, I like KTM's, they are great bikes!

Spot on mate I love it heheheehhe :)

Just for the record, I also have a honda xr250. It doesn't compare to the burg in power, performance, weight, or handling, but it sure is nice to not have to worry about flipping the bike over in a split second from too much throttle. Oh and did I mention the seat, it feels like a cruiser compared to my berg! the bike weighs 250+ lbs sure, but the bike is a tank, and everything is overbuilt, maintinence and parts do not cost me much. My burg is mostly for humiliating my buddies, I spent many years eating their dust on my XR... Priceless!
If it has two wheels and a motor I love it!

Re: RE: ktm vs hbg

only lashing out seems to be from 'berg owners. 8O

I just got back from riding yesterday... Not once did I think about family, work, or any of my other responsibility's while riding. This is why I ride. Whether it be on a Husaberg, a ktm, a honda or a zundapp, We all ride what we personally can afford and/or believe in. I personally respect your choice of what bike to ride whatever color it may be... because you believe that it is the correct choice for you. I enjoy the time that I spend maintaining my bike, but not everyone may have the time to perform the correct maintenance on a husaberg, but I like it! The best part about riding... is riding, hanging out with friends and always having a good time.( even if that means I'm poking fun at your ride!)
Cheers... And have a GREAT ride! :)

The same happened here, a rather new Adventure 640... it was hard not to laugh in his face

I also agree with Bigal, I like maintaining my bike it's like therapy, very relaxing!
