i know that dale L has converted dell ortos to run keihin. any leads on this?

My recollection is that the float needle and seat were swapped. This was one of the main reasons I went the FCR route with my 501, due my inability to get a consistent float level. Knowing Dale there would have been other mods too, don't recall though.

well i had no idea they were such a problem and it will be interesting to see what work has to be done to modify them but as you say steve, there must be lots more.

i would have thought the pilot air in the front face was a start as well as what i suppose would be called the Main air as well. the needle is a given coz neither the K35 or K51 are right and there is no constructive way of working towards the right needle./ it is italian after all!

the atomiser i would have thought was an interesting one. you have a dell orto that wears out and has airation holes versus the keihin! mmmmm? i would think the pilot is fine. also there's only one size for keihin and about 120 for mikuni and dell ortos 40-50.

the keihins have NO slide cutaway to talk of while you can get a bus under the dell orto?

might have a go at this out of a commercial interest. especially the needle and ET.

Extra Terrestrial?
The float level sensitivity of tank level is irritating.
I'd be grateful if someone figured out a solution.
Thanks.
