Tps setting closed throttle setting

Hmm... yeah righto. i think i might check mine just for the heck of it, now that i think about it my brother might have done it for me when my bike was throwing up the TPS fault code and running rough...turns out it was just a loose terminal, causing low voltage.... I'll check it again anyway.
Looks like ur having fun with that JD tuner

Hmm mine was correct this weekend. Could set it in the range. Now my meter shows 2.000. Cant get that low. And ideas?

Hmm. Runs perfect at 2,601 now. Im gonna get another voltmeter just to make sure. I Never had the tps off. So it cant have changed inside physicly.
Can Be broken, but The odds of being broken excactly 2,0 volts up?

Can the TPS be set from the dealer or is the JD jetting tool required?

Going to throw a new CA fuel pump at my flame out/hard start issues but now thinking the TPS may be the issue.

TPS can be DIY'd! - posts on it here iirc, also it's the same procedure as on KTMs which is a good search term

Interesting reading that everyone is using this 0.601v when my manual states 0.351v.

Mine read 0.358v.

Yes, that is interesting.

I haven't tried this myself, but I vaguely understood the lore such that the 0.6V thing maybe gave a little more fuel?

TPS Max reading

Does anyone know what the Max reading should be for a 2010 FE570? I set the minimum to .620 and I'm still getting bogging/fueling issues past ~1/2 throttle. Before you go into any other causes, I'm looking to eliminate the TPS as a cause or confirm functionality before I order one. I've already replaced the battery, spark plug, fuel filter, fuel pump, fuel injector and air filter.

I don't know it off hand, but the range should be in the ECU troubleshooting section of the repair manual. Google "Husaberg FE570 repair manual" and it should come up. It's also on this site, someplace.

As noted above, the number in the repair manual is for the FX, not the FE.

Based on the fact the voltage to the TPS is regulated @ around 5 V for any of the bikes, I'm moving forward with the manual's range of up to 4.784 V. With that in mind, my readings are potentially pointing to a bad TPS. As I roll through the throttle, the voltage goes to zero and at full open throttle it's still only ready 3.901 V. Seems to point to a faulty TPS.
