My bike... FC550 -03 is very hard to start. Looks like get to much fuel. I can never use the choke, because it will not start then. When running it runs good, no strange smoke. When cold it starts after 6-7 kicks. When warm maybe 10-15 kicks. This is very enoying :evil: ...
What to do??
 
this is the last year of the dell orto correct?

i ran a 33 or 35 PJ and so do a lot of the best set-ups. click on the 'owners doc' at the base of this post and you'll find two settings for the 501 that will be similar to what you want.

me? i think you need to play with the PS and idle screw and one of them will really help.
