Cheers guys! I've been into Supermono, building chassies and engine parts for a while, as a hobby. You know, keeps you off the streets. Valve covers for 2001-2008
Cheers guys! I have been getting requests on CNC machined valve covers. Now I have designed covers with an o-ring seal, which will eliminate the need of a gasket. These billet covers are also tougher and will not bend as the OEM´s do. A set will cost 75€. If you are interested, please respond to this post with "Count me in for a set", "Hell yeah!" or whatever that feels appropriate! I will have a batch machined, depending on the interest. I hope to have them ready for shipment during September, and we´ll settle payment then.
So, why not treat your old girl with these Swedish manufactured jewels!

Btw how it looks with water pump covers for our "newer" ladies
I have a very skilled and cheap machinist helping me out. He is however fully packed with work for the swedish supercar manufacturer Königsegg, so delivery times are... uncertain.
There should be 3 impeller covers waiting for the final machining, then I'll get back to you!

My machinist cannot to fit my crank case project into his schedule for this "season". [emoji1781] So, junior and I decided to go on a rescue mission instead!
6 years ago a guy turned to me with an engine. It was in need of a complete overhaul, which would get expensive. I did an inspection and fixed the cyl head (milled the seats, grinded the valves) for starters. No reply from the owner. It has been taking up space in my workshop ever since. Recently I contacted the owner and asked him what to do. The discussion ended up with me picking up the rest of the bike!
I haven't worked on a complete OEM Husaberg since ages, so this will be another fun challenge! It is an FE 650 from 2002 with motard wheels fitted. I think I have enough engine parts here somewhere to fix her up. The black and blue color scheme is high up on juniors wish list, but is that possible for the 2001-2004 version? Where can I find graphics for that?
Anyone tried to paint the fuel tank, foil it, or just replace it with a newer version? Aw, shucks! Too much work just even listening to myself!

for tank ... painting won't work and neither foil it because plastic tank are actually breathing, it would damage or look bad after a few months (also from leaking petrol during refuling)....aly tank are a solution but they cost 500£ ish each here Personalizzazione Moto Design Tuning Motociclette
