Q: How long does it take BMG to reply? A: Too long

So I have fired of a couple of emails BMG via the Husaberg web-site. Still haven't got a response after a week. Not even an acknowlegement that they got the email but can't respond. What is the point of having contact addresses if they are not going to respond. Grrrr.

Hopefully some enlightened individual here can answer the question for them. I am located in Calgary, Canada and there are no Husaberg dealers in town. There are two a couple of hours away, but they are rather inconvienent to drop the bike off for servicing. So my question to BMG was "Are there any plans to have a Husaberg dealer in Calgay?" So does anyone know if there are plans to open a dealership here?

Dealing with large corporations can sometimes be frustrating.

I received an email asking about Canadian dealers on November 21, from someone named Darren. I responded the same day with Lee Fryberger's contact info. Is that you, or someone else asking about dealers in Alberta and Edmonton ? I try to respond to all emails from the dot com site the same day.

Hello Brett,

thanks for the response. It must have been someone else that was asking a similiar question about Edmonton rather than myself asking about Calgary.

My appologises if I am jumping the gun and bad mouthing the response time of BMG
