Pulling starter off??? HOW!!!!??

Trying to bust into my starter on a 2006 fe450. I can't get the starter to come out! I don't want to hurt the starter or anything by yanking on it. Help a mechanically challenged person will ya.

Remove the bracket then tap it a bit with a plastic dead blow hammer. Rocking it side to side and pulling on it at the same time usually does it.

Also, use a plier to pull it out, as you can not get a good grip with your hands.
