Possible Husaberg 600 1991 purchase, but..

Hello all, brand new here, doesn't seem to be a newbie section so here goes.. Well, I was initially looking for an XR650R for mostly road miles but with some offroad adventure thrown in. I've just been offered a 1991/92 Husaberg 600 which is in very good condition. It is set up for supermoto with a 4 speed box, Akront wheels, Taylor Made headers and exhaust etc. Although it's a very shiny looking bike, I'm a bit scared about what I have read on forums with regards to reliability and sourcing spares for such an old model. I don't suppose you guys and girls could give me a heads up on what to look for and whether this bike will be reliable for road use? Thanks in advance, I understand the engine is no way near as bomproof as the Xr's.

Not too good for road use. They consume a bit of oil (don't run out), have no oil pump and vibrate a lot. Plus its a 20 year old full on race motor. If that does not intimidate you and you are mechanically inclined have a go.
