hey every one, bought a 2003 fs 650 a week ago, rode it for 3 hours went to buy some oil and a filter and it seazed up on my way to the shop, what a bugger! the big end bearing melted, i have bought a repair kit with a rod, crank pin and bearing, but the crank halfs are slightly burred over and a little groved, will this be ok if i just clean them up? any help would be great. also any one from around the surrey/ south london area fancy going for a ride when i have repaired it. cheers al
