Need suspension setting recommendations

Right I'll Get Straight To The Point. As We're Sorting To Engine On The FE I Feel Its Time To Treat Her To A Complete Suspension Overhaul.
My Dads Weight Is Approx 16-17 Stone Without Gear,Maybe Lighter Once We Ride Regular Again.
What Fork Springs And PDS Would You Recomend?
What Oil+Level Would You Go With?

i can put you in touch with a bloke up here near bury st edmunds who did a great job of my front forks. he also does a lot of work on an american friend of mine's bike and he weighs 17 stones.

he has ridden for 25 years and has titanium rear springs for sale as well. let me know if you want to try him.

his pedigree is that 3 years ago before he set up on his own, he was jamie dobb's suspension man in the factory KTM 125MX GP team.
