Hi all, I've a problem with my Husaberg FE400 2003.

I can start my Husa easy with the kickstart, but i can't adjust the optimal mixture. With the motorbike started i can totally close and totally open (6-7 turns) the mixture screw, and the motor don't stop and have no sound change. I think it isn't normal, all bike I have yet stop when I close from 1.5 to 0.8-0.5 turns and 2.5 3 turns.

It's normal in Dellorto carb? What is bad in my Berg?

I clean the carb two times with carb cleaner and inspect everithing (i've the mixture jet tube in her possition)

It's my jetting setting...
Main jet (MJ) 185
Needle Jet (NJ) atomizer 270
Needle (N) 35
Needle Clip Posn. (C#) 2
Pilot Jet (PJ) Idle jet 38
Throttle Valve (S) slide 45
Starter Jet (SJ) 40

Humidity 70%
Temperature 12ºC
Fuel: 98 octane

When I inspect the spark plug, always i find a white aspect.

I think what a lot of air are incoming to my carb, but i can't find where are the incoming gate. Or some jet isn't ok or the last propietary drill some jet and I have no good jet diameters according to the number.

Please help me. :(

Thanks.

Hej.
I would go for an NJ Dr272, Needle K51and PJ 33 that should cure your "problem"
Have samt conf in mine 400 -00 and it seems to work well.

hello,
maybe you have turned the idle speed screw too much , so the slide is open and the idling circuit has minimal effect.
try screw it out and then try to adjust the mixture screw

SOLVED :D :D :D :D :D

I have cracked the intake manifold. It have a internal crack of 20mm and external crack of 5mm, the air must flow here and then i can't adjust the mixture. When the part was in relax, the crack don't was visible.

Thank at all
