J JonC Joined Aug 2014 30 Posts | 0+ Sydney Discussion Starter Aug 7, 2014 #1 Hi all so I wound the fork preload adjuster in just until it stopped. Now it's stuck and when I try to turn it back it also undoes the cap. Any suggestions ? Can I just unscrew the cap whilst still on the bike? Cheers
