Is 2012 and 2013 same bike ?

I think the new bike now shares the same frame as the current Ktm. Not a year behind like last years 2 strokes.
 
The 2013 is an all new bike. TE-engine basically the same but the rest is all new.
 
Mostly same as current KTM with PDS rear shock, polymer sub frame, 4CS forks and lights.
