Schwim... been there, worked on a project for them, drove their cars! STUPIDLY fast. It was was before this model, but at 1100hp, just over 2000lbs fuelled... the 'math' is very interesting.

Unfortunately stupidly expensive too, to buy and run, and why the hell do you need this many wheels?

Cars are for shifting the kids around, carrying the wife's shopping home and for going to those places you cannot sensibly reach by flying!!!

Sweden does other good stuff too...

Cheers... Paul

hi there Nick,

If you'll point me to the item you want and pm me your address, I'd be happy to ship you the item. You can then buy me something from your homeland and ship it to me in exchange. Something like, oh I don't know.... this, maybe.
Just one?? Oh well, thank god you didn't pick anything expensive... :bounce3:

Would you consider this instead? Then you would get as many cars you'd like. Price tag should be almost the same now a days...

Sir, you drive a hard bargain. If you can ship me one of these, you've got yourself a deal :)

All joking aside, if you can't manage to get one headed your way, I would be happy to help you. It's not the fastest method of getting it, but the offer to help(even without a car in trade ;) ) is real.

I envy you your experiences. I live vicariously through the three gentleman that host Top Gear and have driven nothing fast enough to get me into any trouble. This works out in my favor however, since I lack the common sense to stay out of trouble if I did own something moderately quick :)

Well sir, ofcourse I'll get you (at least) one of these. I'll just send you one right now. :bounce3:

Thanks for the offer schwim much appreciated. It seems to work out anyway, Paul (tinwelp) is helping me out. :)

Best regards

/Nick

very cool of him! Be sure to let us know how it works out for you and if you can bring yourself to post pics for those of us with the mechanical inclination of an acorn, I'd be forever grateful!

Hi

I was reading this old post and decided to correct the drawing that I made that was wrong:

[attachment=0:1rl77wzu]INVERTER_FC_2.pdf[/attachment:1rl77wzu]

That was intended for a bike that had one FC stator (no yellows or blue), one FE CDI, and using a small batt. cell that when was gone I would have to replace it.

Still haven't tryed it yet.

I've looked for that exact model of inverter (lamptron CL 001) and could not find it, does anyone knows if it still is availeble on the market ??
