This is a very nice stainless can, it's not any louder than stock and it runs way better! It comes with a spark arrestor too if you need it. I haven't seen one here yet so I thought I would post mine. [attachment=0:3rekvz0c]SS Leo.jpg[/attachment:3rekvz0c]

Are you happy with it?
Any bottom end improvement over the stock unit?

I am very happy with mine. Bought it foe the spark arrestor and quiet insert. I get compliments on how quiet the bike is all the time. It is a little on the heavy side, probably just a little heavier than my OEM can.
I can't really say that I could tell any difference in power, but then the 570 has plenty to spare.

I like mine a lot, I think it improves everywhere. I have put Leo systems on at least 5 different bikes and nothing matches the quality except Akcra but they're more affordable. I let FMF use my other bike for a prototype and they did such a terrible job that I removed the entire system and gave it back, and they even charged me for it! One nice thing is that the can uses carbon fiber straps so it allows you to move it in and out. The stock can may have mounting issues when using the 70 degree tank which I have, but mine worked out great.

I don't see a Husaberg-specific model on their website... Which one did you use? Does it use both mounting points?

Thanks,
I couldn't find it on the North American site.

The can I ordered was listed for a 2005 EXC. It probably fits a few years plus or minus also but the impotant thing is the 5" piece of straight pipe that slips in the can and over the stock pipe,part#303823202R. The Leo cans that I have had all use the same size inlet, that makes the mufflers universal for all bikes. I bought the stainless enduro can because it's quieter than the titanium can that is on my supermoto due to it's double sleeve core. All I did was install
the screen into the carbon end cap and it sounds great. The stainless finish is nice and durable too! Cost is about 325 bucks but I found mine on ebay for $220. :D
Call Leo Vince direct and you will have better luck. 510-232-4040

Part number is 3823. i did not see a Ti or all-SS version part number.
Best price I could find here in mid-April is at MC superstore, and they verify that this previously KTM-spec part is indeed a HGB fitment winner.
http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com/2/ ... Parts.aspx Price is $287 shipped, not too shabby. (They want $324 for Q4)
Above link describes unit as Aluminum, but LV describes it as SS internals and Alum outside, carbon fiber strap.

Hi MyRCrocks,
The Leo Vince pipe is in the new Thibaults catalogue just out last week.
They are based in Sherbrooke Que and should be available at least to order from your local dealer.

The aluminum can is completely different that the one I have,it sounds different too. The nice thing about the new style can is the end cap does not come off, therefore you do not have to deal with the end cap gaskets leaking and falling appart.

They list it as X3 enduro stainless can with carbon fiber tip. I don't see the exact listing on their site but you can call them direct and order that can with the straight adaptor for KTM and it works perfect. I listed that part # above.

Hi, I saw those two models in the last Enduro World Championship, here in PT:

Is that the one with the carbon end cap?
Thanks!

That pipe has stainless inside and aluminium on the outside. The original ops can is all stainless steel like the one in my link above i think??? Although bergman will have to confirm this.
