Nice bike, I own a 2011 450 FE too. Treat yourself to a tri-metal rear sprocket from KTM hardparts. They make a blue one for husaberg. The chain will fall off before the sprocket wears out.
 
I like the tri metal sprockets, but the bike came with a brand new Dirt Tricks nickel Chrome moly rear and it looks like it wears like iron.
 
I started the graphics. I'm going to do them a little at a time because it's a spare set of plastics and if I get some good weekend I weather I'll be riding !

Do you have to slide the fork tubes out to put the lower fork protectors on, or can you remove the the wheel and install from the bottom ? Thanks
