Are you ready for Ice Racing?? Team MRSI are!
For oval ice racing in Alberta Check out www.secondgearclub.com/iceracing
Bike - Husaberg 650FS w/leaning sidecar mod.
Here is a sneak peak to our 2nd Leaning Sidecar to join our Racing Team.
Last year our Leaning Honda 650 Sidecar left the reigning sidecar champs of 5+ years in the "dust" so to speak. This year we plan on taking 1st & 2nd!
This year Monty of MRSI will be piloting the new 650 Berg, I the monkey will be driving the Honda 650!
Got a little carried away trying to carry on the berg colour scheme. Im sure it will need to be repainted after traveling! Yellow sure was a pain.
The Original leaning Sidecar from MRSI (im on the side)
Driver: Monty Brown
Monkey: Mitch Brown
2008:
Driver: Mitch Brown
Monkey:Matt Coonfer

Sneak Peak Sidecar Action Photo Test Session!
On Jan.19.2008 MRSI set out to practice @ Ghost Dam. With blizzard conditions, MRSI went out in the trucks to make a course just by spinning their tires & making some ice visible. With Snow 4-5 Inches deep in sections, they gained valuable experience & found things that needed to be worked on.
Driver: Monty Brown
Monkey: Scott Coonfer
We were so worried about hitting our swingarm/shockmount we forgot about the muffler!
Have to push it out about 2-3inches to clear it. With a gaurd on there it would only rub & push up on it like our other sidecars.

Husaberg 650FS Leaning Sidecar
Sidecar to Sidecar Helmet Communication System IMC motorcom System Via Two way Radios:

A palm held camcorder has its own digital processing unit for 640X480 video, recorded onto a microSD card with up to 2 hours of TV quality video. No more cables or mess.
