Check the radiator level after it has cooled down. Top up the fluid if needed. Start the bike and see how she runs. If it has problems, post back.
The Bergs seem to handle overheating somewhat well.
Try not to ever let the engine idle for more than a minute or two once warmed up.

hello guys, you might be able to help me.
few days back i left my berg running at the minimum while i was trying to fix my rear lights, and being concentrated in fixing the lights i didnt realized the engine was running for quite long time, when suddenly the engine overheated and steam came out from the nipple by the rad cap.
i turned the engine off straigh away, and i could ear the fluids boiling.
did i fudge it up?what do i have to do now?is it possible i blown the gaskets?
from what i did read, you guys have been through this with no major problems, what do you think?shall i do an oil change and see if there is any fluid in it?

If stock and only idling you came nowhere near the danger zone.

thanx guys, today i went for a ride, she seemed ok, she runned ok..

the only thing is,today i noticed few drops of fluid around to the oil window by the water pump.
could nt see any leak from the waterpump. maybe a bit of fluid gets spitted out by the little hole, where the excess oil gets spitted out..i did wiped all the area nicely and will go for a ride tomorrow, see what happen. could that be the waterpump seal ******?

thanks again for your help
