I had my 2008 KTM 450 shipped to me and it looked like that when I got it. The alloy used is insanely thin and will bend if you look at it hard.
If something was broken or bent internally I think you'd see extensive external damage. If you had seen the abuse I've delivered to my bikes without drama you'd be a lot less worried.
