Frame powder coating

Hi,

in Germany (Europe) we have a spezification for colours, called "RAL"

for example:

RAL 5010 Enzianblau

My 1998 FE needs a new powder coating, the company works only with RAL colours.

Is this the right one?
Has anybody used this colour for the frame?

The 5010 gentian blue looks very close, but so does the 5005. Do not rely strictly on color chips as they are a "representation" of the color even though they will usually suffice if very close and you are doing the entire frame.
I have not used RAL so don't have a specific answer. Take a painted part such as your subframe to the powder coater and ask their opinion.
