Hi Just to let everyone out there know that I successfully fitted a front end from a 2006 kTM Lc4 660 without any need for modification. The Bearings fitted perfectly and the stem is about 2mm longer than the old bergs so I fitted a shim to take up the slack. All seems to working so far with no shaking or judders at speeds over 60mph. i'll keep you posted if any problems develop.
