fe 501 rear shock fade

last week i rode around a bumpy mx track for about 30 minutes then i noticed something wrong with the rear end the shock had lost all its damping after letting it cool down i went out on the track again and shure enought it again lost its damping both comp and rebound what causes the shock to fade. it has an ohlins shock fitted.
 
And if the clickers are wound close to right in the oil flow is reduced and that promotes fade.

you first notice it I find when there is no rebound?

if in the UK I service them. so do FTS at Bury St. Edmunds.
