Hey Madman,

first of all turn the caps lock off, its like being yelled at, fair enough you are excited.

I have mentioned it before either on here or somewhere else, to build up a few wipes of hit temp silicone, copper based or the like around each male section and inside the flanges, let this dry properly, dont be tempted to re-assemble it and start it straight away.

when that first lot is cured, re-evaluate if there is till too much of a gap, if so do same again, if it is a snug match up or a tight fit, then put another wipe of it on each surface outside the sleves and inside the flange then while it is fresh re-assemble everything.

any excess that has pushed out, give a wipe with your finger, this helps pack it in the gaps, and clean up with carburettor / throttle body cleaner spray and some rag.

let it all cure for a day or two, the longer the better.

when you eventually re-start and run the bike up, dont be suprised if it spits out some silicone calamari rings, this will be the excess that pushed out inside the tubes (when I did mine, I saw something fly out the exhaust as I revved it, and later found it floating in my mug of coffee 10 ft away on my workbench)

hope that helps, if not, try making a gasket with some other heat proof material, or go to an exhaust ship nd get them to flare the ends of the primary tubes slightly so they seat in better inside the collector (with silicone again).

Azza.
