I took my bike out for a run. Was driving around 40 minutes, then i stopped to talk with some peoples, and when i tried to start it again, it just makes a click sound from the relay..

Anyone know what it can be? Used start cables directly on the starter, so i got home, but can't figure out what the problem is..
I've tried to tap on the relay, but nothing happend

umm, kick it. your battery is dead. Stator, reg/rec, or flywheel is problem. perhaps just sitting. still, start cheap (reg) and work to expensive (flywheel)

go thru all your connectors first. clean them and reattach.
also, some kokusan alternator connections can go bad. pull the cover and look at the solder at the wire attaching point.
another thing could be that you have a higher than normal wattage headlite bulb and you are running it dc (headlite on when engine not) and your alternator can't handle it.

Yep, start with the cheapest of cheap, clean the connectors. Check grounds and continuity first.

What bike is it? The 70 degree bikes are notorious for not starting if their battery cables are even a little bit loose.
