only can claim warranty if part like conrod broke or something...

what was the exact problem and what parts do you need ?

i have stumbled across a brand new 05 DID cam chain in my sock drawer , no idea how it got there , it's yours for say..... 40 shillings :forcefeed:
 
I am thinking of sending it to John from Orange KTM for assessment but so far have not been able to get hold of him.
I have a feeling its pretty major as it is siezed.... :(
Anyone know how to make a 650 reliable?

Bad luck again dude, when it went, tid it go with any noise, or did it die silently, Im just thinking that it could be the cam chain or somewhere along that path, which means it would have died quietly, but very lucky that the chain did not bunch up and do the case or rocker cover like LeFrogs did with a stray nut.

next guess would be to look under the clutch cover for any stray / broken bits that may be jamming the works.

I agree, ORANGEBERG would be the way to go.

Could have been much worse by the look of that (I hope thats all there is), I think my diagnosis in on the money.

Get the motor to John (ORANGEBERG) and have it fixed properly, then run it on Delo400 and be eternally happy. Just ask Wal !!!!
