hi all folks,
i want to know your experienced thoughts on this one.
95-96' fe 600 transformed from enduro to supermotard.
the use is street racing, some trackdays for practice and enduro.
the rear hub has no cush drive so there is a straight, hard and rigid power delivery from the engine directly to the road. since the grip is higher i think that on both acceleation and decceleration, direct transmission is not that good for the engine(especially when shifting down to get to a corner the right-full lock-way).

is only the gearbox is having a bad time or the entire engine?

what do you suggest?

thanks in advance

Personally I think it would be a very good idea to use a cush hub in the rear wheel. All the DP bikes use them to save wear and tear on chains, sprockets, clutch, transmissions and no telling what else. Preventive maintance like useing a cush hub should save you from expensive grief for what your going to do. Hope this helps

Is rear wheel of a Hsb FE compatible with KTM RFS wheel ?
If so, you can also use a cushioned wheel from a KTM 640 Adventure.
