Wondered if they are any good.

I bought the dB Dawg for my FE400e and it really works!!! The bike is much more quiet. Seems like $30 well spent.

Fitted a db dawg and went out today for a ride. First off it survived the day better than I did (cracked rib).
Don`t know how much quieter decibel wise it is but it is defenitley a lot quieter. The FE450 has lost that harsh bark when cracking on.As for performance it just seems the same to me but I don`t compet I only trail ride.
Very pleased with it.

Started on the medication it`s called Guiness.
Sorry don`t have a photo of the cracked rib :lol:
Have not got round to photoing the exhuast but it looks the same as this http://www.dbdawg.co.uk/ on the can, only not red but silver/alluminum.

If I remember rightly it was the smallest one 29mm to 35mm or 1.31" to 1.50"
Measure the inside of the silencer just to make sure.
