I believe so.
A friend of mine is the importer for Croatia so I have a chance to ride most of the models. In the last year quality went up, plastics, finishing, suspension setup. The two strokes are winning many magazine tests because of the new electro-operated valve and fantastic feeling on the forks. The Dakar bike went to the finish with no engine change.
Also, for 2016 they are announcing a fuel injected two stroke - I believe KTM will beat them to it but still....
