I found this not too long ago at a local mx shop:

He only had one and therefore I did not take it but its advertised high temp limit (133 C or 271 F) is higher than that of Engine Ice (110 C or 256 F).

Dale have you had any experience with this product?
 
You better use Motuls "Motocool Factory Line" -
it somehow reduces the surface tension of the cooling liquid and therefor the heat transfer is better/bigger.
We use it for Road(where allowed) & Offrad - Racing, and measure (!) a lower Temperature somwehere between
3-5 Degree Celsius when using it (together with their Ester-based 300V Engine-Oil... :))
On different bikes, differnt riders - the reduction is ALWAYS within thin range...

I personally prefer it over Water Weather because it also works as an antifreeze and I can it use in Winter too ;
it´s cold here in Austria;-((
and I like the colour: Blood Red - I call it Engine Blood
