Hello gentlemen,I have a question regarding big end bearings.ok so I'm a tightarse and my bike is in bits ATM,pretty much full rebuild.anyway I nearly fell over at price of rod repair kit,I was looking around and found prox KTM pin (32x59.9) no problemo there! 32x40x20 bearings also easy to get,but no good if rod id is worn right?I stumbled across a manufacturer that makes 32x42x20 has anyone had big end bored to suit larger od bearing? Will it work? Thus saving me Lotsa coin

Cheers bush mechanic,so the price I got for OEM rod kit isn't that far off as it includes pin and bearing,I take it Carrillo it's rod only?I'm going to double check availability OEM.i guess the question I should ask is longevity OEM to aftermarket products?

yes with carillo its just the rod and for that price doesn't include a replaceable big end insert its just carburised (like oem)
