Might be good to toss them on the Google Drive thing as well, at least until something else is arranged - if only to have a backup copy somewhere .. ?

in the meantime spanner here is the 550 rod

the 570 rod is 120.5 centre to centre with 42mm id big end

Do you have the length of the latter 550. with the 42mm OD big end?
Not sure what I am looking for yet:)
 
OTTOMH according to the doc the older 550 rod was 124mm ..

the latest 550 rod is the one in the drg still has 32mm pin

i'll send you the details of the 550 deck heights and liner length lateron .. i think i can see what the Spanner cad program is working on :D

I would like some dimensions of the
Big end pin/big end bearing for a 570 inside/outside diameters and width???
Maybe better to wait and meausure the carillo rod I have yet to receive before ordering the suited bearing so I can put the motor back together...
 
Anyone know the sizes (big end pin dia, little end dia, length, and thickness) for the 2015 KTM 500 rod? The one with the pressed in plain bearing.
 
yes is possible but the dimensions are based on collective knowledge shared here (not from me measuring an actual rod) and so may not be correct.

i can upload what i have in a few days
 
I have two rods here from the 400s I believe, I really cannot be 100% sure but they are 20mm wide which makes them 2001-2008 rods.

they have 119mm centres. one came out of a 2002-2003 FE400e for sure.

I can't be more accurate than that.
