Of the 72 riders signed up for Moab, I would like to say "Thank You" to the 11 people who have sent in their donations. You have put your fellow UHE members to shame.

You have put your money where your mouth is, as the saying goes.

Now, we need for the rest to step up and do their part.

A few members have contacted Dez to let him know that they will pay-up upon arrival to Moab. Thank you.

A few of us from the original event in 2005 have stepped up to try and make this years event even better than the first. Bobzilla is cooking up a batch of his "World Famous Chili" for those with a paid donation to enjoy. We also have Brisket coming in from Texas, yee haw! Bring a Corona for Bob and don't forget the lime.

Dez Duster and Berger are handling all of the details. Collecting the donations, setting up the group ride leaders, entertaining some of our overseas members when they arrive and more.

Ossaman will be printing up the event t-shirts and working on obtaining those mystery raffle prizes that only a paid donation will get you a ticket for.

A lot of money is being fronted by these gentlemen, so getting your donations in as early as possible will help greatly.

Having your donation into Dez Duster by the 30th of Jan and your shirt size, will go a long way to insure everything goes smoothly. We all want to ride and have a good time in Moab. Help us to help you in achieving this goal.

We had a great time in 2005 and we all want to share this with those of you who did not make it to the first event and we also want to improve the experience as well.

Remember, to ride only on the trails while in Moab. If you get caught doing otherwise by one of the many Rangers, its an expensive $$$ fine.

Mike

P.S. This isn't intended to piss people off, but it is intended to get your attention and let you know some of the work UHE members are doing.

recommended Min. donation is $35.00. (Additional generosity gratefully accepted).
Paypal to [email protected]
or send me a PM for mailing address.

Trust me that you will be sorry to miss out on the raffle, not to mention Bob's Chili and Mike's brisket.

Hey Dez maybe something should be added to the attendance list next to each persons name indicating whether or not they have paid. This might be a reminder as well that some folks have not anted up..

they'll be easy to spot.
they'll be the ones going hungry on the party night and not wearing the official t-shirt.

jwilly,
excellent idea! consider it done. :)
cypher,
Hungry, shirtless, and without one of the fabulous raffle prizes!

Hey Bobzilla, I can bring a Dutch Oven if you think it would be useful. If you need any help with the cooking (NO DISHES!!) just ask.

I m
most Def need another Dutch oven ( and not the kind in bed)
Thanks it will help

I have a large cast iron pot and lid, that looks like a dutch oven, but doesn't have the little legs, that I can bring if needed.

Alright, just paid in. Bobzilla, FWIW, I have a large two burner stove that you are welcome to use.
