Berg FS650 Speedometer stopped after washing bike

Hello! I just hosed down my bike up at a car-wash, and now the speedometer is funky. It turned on, which I believe means that the "thingy" down by the wheel is working properly?

I noticed it first when speed jumped between 0, and 50, and it just got worse. Now it wont even show speed.

The bike is a 2004 Husberg FS650E with a digital speedometer.

Does anyone got any ideas as to what would make my speedometer act like this?

The speedometer turns on when just rolling the bike by hand, that means the magnet-thingy is working, right?

I had a digital that was funky and the body was cracked. I guess moisture got in mine. Yes, the magnet turns it on.

Remove the main unit, and get it dried then?
Last time I was down in the garage now, it wouldnt even turn on :S

Update!

When I loosen the bolt holding the "magnet-noticing-thingy" speedo works. Tighten it, and it stops working.

Almost like thouching the caliper makes it fubar? I put some paper around it, and its working (for now)
