Looking for a set of supermoto wheels for my FE570. I would prefer a crush hub and tubeless.

The Alpina wheels look very high quality and have a tubeless option. Not sure what kind of price range these would be in however.

The RAD wheels look very nice as-well and offer a crush Hub. Not sure if they offer Tubeless or not. Just from first glance they look a little pricy.

FA BA, Know nothing about these wheels. Just found them. I do know they offer Tubeless however.

I also found these two on Ebay. They look very generic but both offer a crush hub.

Ideally, I would like to keep my budget under $1500 if at all possible.

Anyone know if pre 2012 Husqvarna wheels would fit on a 570? RAD has some on sale.

From following the Ducati Sport Classic forum, I believe the Alpinas are fairly pricy. Very nice though. Fa-Ba seem to be a somewhat less expensive option.

You might find some info here: Sport Classic - Ducati.ms - The Ultimate Ducati Forum ... These bikes came with pretty heavy tubed spoke rims and the spokes really do a A LOT for the look. So the Sport Classic people have given this some thought - there's quite a bit of accumulated knowledge there on this kind of wheels there.

And! People seem to be consistently surprised how well it works to use silicon tape + good prep work to make rims tubeless.

Urgent: Dose anyone know if a set of 2000-2012 Husqvarna wheels would fit a 2011 Husaberg?

Found a really nice set by me for a $1,000. Excel Tubeless with some slicks. And a Beringer Rotor.

Front tire is a 16.5"x3.5" with a 125/80R420
Rear is a 17"x5" with a 165/630r17

The 5" and 165 has me a little worried.

Basic measurement ull know for ur self eg
Hub width
Spkt fr outer spacer see how far or whether going line up or whether need make or cut spacer to line Spkt up
Other one could check how much off set hub wif rim
&
Also check disc alignment as well
If u want it bad enough ? Can be done

Well, dosent look like the rear will fit no matter what. But he is offering me the front because someone else wants the rear. Would that be just a bolt up thing?

How is the 16.5" front work out. It seems like a odd size? I don't really want slicks on there. So I would need to replace the tire regardless.

He is asking $400 for the front with rotor. But if the wheels fits just fine I think I'll offer him $300.

16.5 is good size for riders who do trackdays only for riding on the road bad choice imo road legal 16.5 tyres are very rare wouldn't even now where to find them:p
I have alpina's and very pleased about the quality and huge weight saving (I have carbon matrix) only downside is they don't have cushdrive...
(but maybe you can get your stock hubs with cus mounted with alpina rims/spokes...)
Service from alpina is good
The front wheel is a good 7-800 gram lighter and the rear almost 2 kg!!!
And my stock fs rims already where pretty light tubeless rims;)
The handling difference is huge you will feel it right away.

I would love to go Alpina but after find out the prices its a no go. I have to keep it at or under $1,500.

well yes I think alpina's are more interesting for me than you price wise because of the distance I probably get better deal no customs/much cheaper shipping....
They are the most expensive part on my bike but also the best mod I done so far if I had the choice I would also prefer a cush drive adds some (maybe a kg) more weight but it's al in the center/hub off the wheel so you wouldn't realy notice and it's better for the drivetrain....

These wheels are such a pain in the a$$ now. Thinking I don't even want to deal with the thought of a Crush hub anymore it seems to be way too complicated to find a set. Might just look for a slipper clutch instead.

The guy that's selling gthe 16.5" front wheels is offering it to me for $300. Think its worth it? Its got a nice rotor. and Is tubeless.

Very cheap but for the road 16.5 is usesless but for that price you can get extra front 17 rim spoked on that hub for a couple of hundred.. and just sell the 16.5.
Or just buy some used wheels in correct size most ktm wheels fit tubeless wheels are maybe a little harder to find but why it has to be tubeless???

I have been looking for a decent set. Everything seems to be really expensive. It really wouldn't bother me if it was tubed. But I would still prefer tubeless. Plus, I wanted a Crush hub but it's gotten really complicated finding one that fits. So I was going to go with a slipper clutch instead. But than I will be spending allot more money.

Really the only thing I would want off this wheel is the rotor and maybe the Hub if it dosent require too much work to fit the Berg.

tubed can be converted to tubeless! cf. ducati.ms sportclassic forum again, guys there have done it and been very happy with it

Hey, Tourist I saw what they did and I would do that if I found a good set of spoked Tubed wheels. Otherwise, Alpina has a Tubeless conversion kit available. Not sure if you have to use their hubs or not.

Right now I am still looking for a set of wheels. I might look for a set of Alloy Wheels off other bikes. I saw somewhere around here someone used Suzuki RGV 250 wheels. Looked them up and they are really cheap. Wouldn't mind going that route if they worked.

Anyone have the actually hub sizes for the FE570?

These will be my Back up wheels however. They are a no name brand so I am betting they are cheap. They do have a Crush Hub which I like. I would probably order a spare set of Rubber just to be safe though.

They really don't look too bad considering they are coming from China. Add a set of wheels And they look like a decent set for around $1,200. Cant seems to find anything better.

I am even looking out for KTM supermoto's and asking if they would sell their wheels. Or if its a older 2 stroke I would consider just buying the bike taking the wheels and putting my Excel's on than selling the bike again. But, than I wouldn't have any dirt wheels.
