They stopped making the 70deg subframe tank a couple years ago. As mentioned used ones are impossible to find. Good luck.
 
No need to buy one as you got one already. Remove your subframe and check if it holds fuel, if not check if it can be fixed. Regardless of outcome it will still work as a subframe.
