hey!Just changed camchain on my 2003 husaberg 650 and now it won`t start.I`ve adjusted the timing and valves and it started two times and it was running great but now I just cant get it started.does anyone have a clue of what it can be??

check the throttle cable isn't holding the carb slide open too far I had one break up near the grip.

if thats all ok try winding the idle screw in a turn

if the cam isn't timed right you may have gradually bent some valves.. probably something to check over a few times if you haven't allready

possibly the timing then?

the white line in the lower half of the timing window must be 1mm to the left of centre. this will start the bike. from there you should put a timing light on it.

if it just keeps making a 1 second muffling start then you must probably advance the timing.

slide height needs to be around 6mm under the front. use a drill bit.
