Can you give us some more history as in if the problem developed all of a sudden or an intermittent fault. Is your spark plug still serviceable ? Did you have any codes thrown by the ecu (efi light flashing ) does the FI light work ? Are all your electrical connectors secure ? Battery terminals tight, fuel pressure correct ? Try starting with the basics.

had a brand new battery and spark plug , no flashing lights , fuel pressure good, still cuts out then opening the throttle

When you first hit the starter does the Fuel Injection light come on?

Some things to check

Check Battery terminal connections
Clean fuel injector

keep us posted

Mine will do that if I don't let it warm up a bit first. Once it has warmed up for a minute or so I can slowly roll on the throttle, but a quick blip will kill it until the bike is fully warmed up.

Yip, mine too. I have to let it warm up at idle before I can give it any throttle.
I think it's normal, never caused any problems
