2008 FE550e vs 2008 FS550e

I was at a husaberg dealer today and almost bought a new 2008 FE550e. i was about to pay them but wanted to see if my supermoto equipment off of my 2003 KTM 450exc would fit on their 2008 FE550e. Well, my rear tire is a 5 inch 160/60 17 and it would not fit in-between the FE swingarm--the rear brake holder/joint would not allow the tire to pass through, so they called Husaberg and told me that they could get a FS550e swingarm for me for their cost of $350 dollars. My question is this: WIll my 5 inch 160/60 fit in-between an 2008 FS550e swingarm??

PS. I'm in the Caribbean and so the FS model is not an option down here; they won't be getting any FS models, period.

I've not heard anything about new swing arms for the 2008 models and the arms on previous years FE/FS are the same so I think it probably is a matter of trying it again. Spending $350 on an identical swing arm sounds like a bad idea.

I'm more than happy to stand corrected but I'm sure until proven wrong.


EDIT: Looked at the spare parts now and the article number DO differ between FE and FS. I still think they are the same though but don't know how to prove it...
 
Yeah, i saw the trick for mounting the 5inch rear and i read all the tricks but, i was at the husaberg dealer yesterday afternooon for hours while they tried to put my 5inch 160/60 rear on the 2008 FE550e and they had four mechanics trying to get it on--they took all the air out of the tire, they took off the rear brake disc, but the 5inch rim would not get past the horizontal rear disc holder on the inside of the swingarm. after that, they were under the impression that their is a size differrence between the FS swingarm and the FE swingarm. i'm dying to know the answer but i'm in the domincan republic and i cannot call husaberg in the USA from here.
 
Can someone give me a phone number or email address in the USA where i can call them or email them becuase i went to the husaberg international site and tried their "Dealer locator" and the only thing came up was and address and phone (440-985-6003 in OHIO but no one answered the Fuc..... phone! and the recorded message doesn't even mention the word Husaberg anywhere in the recording! is there no dealer or parts dealer that specializes in Husaberg in the USA??
