I kind of doubt it since the 08 650's were kind of sought after, however, I suppose it's still possible. A UHE member recently found a couple of brand new 06 bikes a while back,although I don't remember the displacements.

I am a dealer in Canada and just bought an 06 FE650 demo bike from KTM NA. Apparently is was used at the dealer show in 06 and was "lost" after that. It is fully reconditioned by KTM Techs and comes with a 30 day new bike warranty.
