Bought a Fs650e a while back and have been in love ever since.
Recently injured my knee so while im off riding i have stripped bike to a frame to fix everything and make it brand new.
Just before i stripped it down i noticed headlight was dim, so i got out multimeter and checked everything and all the lights were only being supplied with 2v not 12v. In addition the batttery wasnt charging so i had to leave it on charger over night.
Now im not to concerned about the charging issue as i have since removed battery and starter just to tidy her up a bit. But i would like to see where im going at night so id like 12v to that Headlight.
Anyone seen this before? Just not sure what to try first, voltage regulator? or stator? In addition im having the loom sent off to be remade, or just ordering a whole new loom
