Finally got my new totally stock Husaberg to run and thought I would post my jetting, as I found very little on what setup that was working for other owners, especially at my altitude in MT at 4,200 feet. Not to mention that both the Dealer and Distributor were totally clueless and full of #&%@.
Anyway, bike was jetted using a E.G.A and runs great
175 Main
52 Pilot
3rd clip on needle
2 turns out on air/fuel screw
I also found this web site was very useful, especially the altitude/temperature correction factors:

Wish there was a dyno available....
Also, in case it is useful to you my friend Tor in Victoria, BC also just jetted his 2005 FE650 Husaberg with a full Akrapovic system:

55 Pilot
