What’s up fellas, scored a pair of bergs yesterday, one of which is an 04 fs650 that was never sold in from dealer, and has been parked since. Virtually a brand new bike!
New fluids throughout the whole bike, new filters, (DNA air filter on order) and new battery. Fired right up and runs crisp! Though the breather tube is cracked and spitting oil, I’ll just do a tube with filter conversion.
Unfortunately while the bike sat some parts were taken off it for customers bikes like the start button switch assembly, headlight, tail light assembly, and kick stand springs,
If anyone knows as to where I can locate these parts or ktm part numbers that cross over and would work.

Did these 04s came with a key ignition?

Also looking for ideas on custom fitting a slip on exhaust from a more common bike as it’s a pain to find one and this factory things gotta go. Welding / fabrication not a problem
Thanks all!

I have a headlight, I have the headlamp wrap. I have the tail light but not the rubber nor the black plastic number plate carrier. I have a starter switch too but am not OEM. looks similar. The key and lock were standard and mounted on a bracket. Do you have the bracket? 4 individual wires went to the lock. Got them?

Update, bought a start button switch, and key ignition switch.
As for the tail light / plate holder, I found a few universal units that I’m going to try out
Is your headlight mask yellow? Good shape?
