The Beringer is awesome, but yeah it's mad expensive. Got it for 260€ used. I need rear turn signals now... pretty stupid to wave my hands around where I want to turn.

I do'nt have turn signals either (use my hands/legs to show where I am going  ) and have to show my bike to the police station soon because I got a warning because of my license plate being in a to horizontal angle
It says they can't read my plate in a distance of 30m and needs to be in a vertical position
I just put some spacers between my plate/holder and would estimate the angle is now about 50° 90° is impossible with stock plate holder setup supermoto bikes are realy cop magnets
I wonder what else they wil find to give me tickets for

Ha ha make if you use all that horsepower you can " avoid " close scrutiny from the fuzz 8) The hero 3 is the junk, I've had mine for 6 months and have made some awesome vids I'm just too slack and not savvy enough to present them on the interweb  Lokks like you have a monster engine on your hands now

Can you explain why the HP vs torque curves apparently cross at 7,000 rpm rather than the expected rpm of around 5,200 rpm?

Because it's not a Dynojet inertia dyno? I need to ask the tuner for more details if you want, but I can assume you that dyno wont give inflated numbers (he does supersport bikes to Europe, top bikes in my country).

Even Akra publishes all their dyno sheets like this one:

New ECU ordered today.

GET for 2012/2013 450 EXC-F. Need to fabricate the MAP sensor into new throttle body from stock. 2 weeks time to ride before that so no problems.

that's bad news :?
Very frustrating that the bike does not work the way you want it after spending so much time/cash I understand you do'nt want to tune the bike with stock cam it would be a waste...
I am curious how things work out...
Hope you find the solution soon and can enjoy that monster without any further drama next riding season...
If you do get sick of your bike and want to sell/trade your tb setup whit mine let me know
Still very happy with my (compared to this one) pretty stock 570 8)
