Well those photo's are really nice, man what a scenery:)
Overhere a guy rode some serious enduro with a BMW HP 2, i really respected that guy to ride such a big bike.

A short ride around on two KTM's...400 exc. No bergs this time.
I have to say, I find these fourhundrets usefull and well balanced bikes, enjoyable to ride and much less tiring than 450 and specially 525.....

This past weekend some of my friends and I attended an enduro race called Xross Challenge in Serbia. The race was for all kinds of enduro motorcycles, big ones - GS, Adv etc and small bikes.

In the class named Super Heavy (200kg+) we took first, third and seventh place.

In the class named Heavy (up to 200 kg) we took third, fourth, twentieth and twentysecond place.

I rode class B (amateur) and took eight place out of 60+ riders.

As Croatia has a "rich" history with Serbia this was a real pleasure..... :D

Oh to be young again and stupid. Like to see the Guys riding the BMW's have to giant animals. One trick I used a long time ago stuck on hills on an Enduro was to have one guy pushing the bike under power and an other guy turning the front wheel it works good. Try it You will like it. Or get a 2 Wheel drive bike.

Oh, I'm well aware of the technique you're talking about. But I prefer to ride up the hill and not use the described technique....

Very cool that the big bikes are raced! Very cool also to use the horn to get the "normal" bikes out of the way :) haha

Croatia is a beautiful country! Went sailing between the Dalmatian islands in the past week - Trogir, Hvar, Brac, Vis. First trip, sometimes felt a little bit touristic, but we could still feel the original and authentic Croatia beneath the surface. From the town names it looks like you are in the northern part of Croatia?
 
Hi Tourist! Glad you like Croatia. Yes, the locations you mentioned are very touristic orientated, maybe if you came in two-three weeks you wouldn't have that feeling. Still, there are some places along the coast that are not so populated, less known and even more beautiful. If you are coming again try to visit Kornati archipelagus.

And yes, I'm from the capitol - Zagreb, in the north.

Massacre. Classic massacre.
After a month that I haven't even seen a bike I go to a tough race that was held after three days of heavy rain. A really tough race...usually I don't have problems with steep downhills but this was insane...
At CP3 of 5 i fell and, bike landed on my leg and twisted my knee, it hurt like a b*tch but nothing was broken. I had to quit and rode around watching people kill themselves.
Idiot.

Note to myself: Don't go racing if you don't ride at least once a week.
Bushie, die you and your three rides a week.... :p
